'88 Fiero

First and foremost I am the proud father of three boys. They now take priority over the other pursuits listed below. Since I guess I am a kid at heart I love every minute I get to spend playing GeoTrax, messing in mud puddles, and of course bath time!

I have several interests outside of the areas of technology and music. I have always been an avid learner and relish the chance to learn something new. I am addicted to the History, Discovery, and Military Channels. In addition I am currently in the process of hotrodding a 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT. It has a 3.4L engine swap from the original 2.8L, and I’ve added a larger throttle body, 36psi fuel injectors, and a Vortec V9 Supercharger. Currently I am installing a custom MegaSquirt ECM, and then later will add an alcohol injection system. When it’s done I hope to make between 250-300 HP at the rear wheels.

I am also interested in motorcycles, and currently have a small Vision 250 which is an updated copy of the Honda Rebel with a chopper look to it. While it sounds like a small bike, it actually looks the part of a bigger bike. My wife enjoys riding as well, so I am looking for a bigger bike that can handle us both in traffic.

After growing up on a farm, I now enjoy collecting farm toys, especially Ertl tractors in the 1/64 scale. One day I would like to change that into a 1/1 scale collection, but that is a work in progress.
